Need an MOT? We can arrange your MOT and take care of the process for you. Your vehicle is taken to a trusted MOT testing partner and returned to our workshop, making it simple and convenient from booking through to completion. An MOT is a legal requirement for most vehicles over three years old and checks that your vehicle meets the minimum safety and environmental standards required by the DVSA. What does an MOT check? The MOT test covers a range of safety and environmental components, including: -Brakes -Suspension -Steering -Tyres and wheels -Lights and indicators -Seatbelts and seats -Windscreen, wipers and washers -Exhaust and emissions -Mirrors, horn and number plates -Vehicle structure What happens if your vehicle fails? If your vehicle fails its MOT, we'll explain what needs attention and provide clear information about any repairs required. If we carry out the required repairs at Autocare Repair, we offer a free MOT retest within 10 working days, subject to the applicable MOT retest conditions.
